Frequently Asked Questions

Here we hope to answer any questions you may have about our art, design process and maintainance

Do you create a design before hand for the client to approve?

Yes, we always create a hand drawn pencil sketch of your window design before creating the art at your premises.

How long does it take to create the snow art?

Every window is different, every design is different, but most windows can be done in a day. We will let you know roughly how many hours it will take when we give you a quote

Do you clean the window after?

No we don’t, we can for an additional charge, however it’s straightforward to remove. Simply scrape off the excess snow using an ice scraper and then wash off the powdered residue with a sponge and water. You will need to have some newspaper or a sheet on the floor to catch the flecks of snow that come off too.

How long will the snow art last?

If you avoid touching it, the snow art will last for as long as you want it on for. Some clients choose a winter design and keep it on their windows long into the following year.

Can the snow smudge or damage if touched?

The simple answer is yes, with enough force. The snow can go quite hard after a few days and then it’s much harder to damage it. But we recommend not touching it if possible and suggest not having windows or doors done that could easily be touched by clients or family and friends or even pets.
